You must have full rights to the images you provide. By listing your home, you allow Locèlle to use your approved photos for: your listing, the homepage, editorial collections, social media, and marketing posts featuring your curated roundups (“Design-Led Escapes,” “Coastal Retreats,” etc.)

Locèlle is a showcase and connection directory, not a booking engine. Guests contact you directly, and you manage: pricing, deposits, contracts, payment policies just like you would through your website or Instagram.

Through your preferred method: Email, WhatsApp, or your website. You keep full control over who you engage with, and you can change it at any time.

After discovering your home through a feature, travelers can visit your direct booking website or be guided to a booking platform you already use. Locèlle doesn’t sit in the middle of the transaction — we simply make the introduction clearly, transparently, and without fees.
