By accessing or using the Lucelle platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
2. Platform DescriptionLucelle is an online service that allows property owners to list accommodations and travelers to search for and inquire about stays. We provide a venue where users can discover properties and communicate with hosts.
Lucelle does not own or manage any properties, does not enter into rental contracts and does not act as a booking agent or broker.Rentler’s terms explain that such platforms serve as a venue and are not a party to any rental agreement and Furnished Finder similarly states that it has no control over and does not guarantee any transaction or listing.
Lucelle likewise has no control over the conduct of hosts or guests and does not guarantee the safety or accuracy of any listing.
Host Listing Fees and Payment TermsHosts can choose from three listing tiers. When a host upgrades a property to a paid tier, the corresponding fee is due in full at the time of purchase. All fees are denominated in euros (EUR) and are non‑refundable once the listing is published. The current tiers and suggested fees are:

Lucelle may adjust these fees in the future. Updated fees will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.Payment is processed through third‑party payment providers. By purchasing a listing tier, you authorize the applicable fee to be charged to your selected payment method. Hosts are responsible for any taxes or payment processing fees associated with the transaction.
3. Eligibility and Account RegistrationTo use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately. Do not share your login credentials with others.
4. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to use Lucelle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any agreements you enter into with a host or guest. Rentler’s terms note that users must comply with all laws applicable to their use of the site Rentler.com.
Lucelle does not screen or certify hosts or properties; it is your responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any arrangement. This includes reviewing property details, understanding local regulations and taking safety precautions. Users must not:Post false, misleading or fraudulent information.Use the platform to discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or any other protected characteristic. Harass or abuse other users.Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).Use any information obtained through Lucelle for purposes unrelated to arranging stays, unless you have the express consent of the data subject. Rentler’s terms state that users may not use personal information obtained through the service for any unlawful purpose and must give individuals an opportunity to remove their information from your records renters.com.
By providing your email address and opting in to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional messages about Lucelle’s services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us.
5. User Content and CommunicationsBy posting or transmitting any content through Lucelle (such as property descriptions, reviews, messages or photographs), you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, copy, modify and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform. You represent that you have the rights necessary to share the content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any law. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be inappropriate, unlawful or in violation of these terms.
6. Prohibited ActivitiesYou may not:Use the platform for commercial activities unrelated to connecting with hosts or guests.Copy, scrape or harvest listings, data or content from the platform without our permission.Circumvent any security or access‑control measures on the platform.Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.Engage in any activity that could harm Lucelle or its users, or interfere with the proper working of the platform.
7. Disclaimer and ReleaseLucelle provides the platform on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the properties listed on the platform, the conduct of hosts or guests or any transactions that may occur. Rentler’s terms emphasise that they are not a party to any rental agreement and do not guarantee the safety of transactions or the accuracy of listings renter.com Furnished Finder likewise states that it is not a party to any rental transaction and does not control or guarantee the safety of any transaction or the truth of any listingfurnishedfinder.comBy using Lucelle, you acknowledge that any agreement for the rental of a property is solely between you and the property owner. You release Lucelle from any claims, demands and damages arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between you and other users.
8. Limitation of LiabilityLucelle’s liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold Lucelle and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content or your violation of these terms or any law.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll content and materials on Lucelle, including text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by Lucelle or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of any content without our written permission.
11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to Lucelle at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you in these terms will cease. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
12. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wiesbaden, Germany. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Changes to the TermsWe may modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and indicate the “last updated” date. By continuing to access or use the platform after changes become effective, you accept the revised terms.
