Uni Cabin
Discover Uni Cabin
Uni Cabin is a new, Nordic-inspired cabin on a private wooded lot in the Catskills, a ten-minute drive from the main streets of both Saugerties and Woodstock. It was built with couples and small families in mind, and designed so the landscape is always in view.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the trees inside, and the lofted bedroom upstairs looks out over the mountains. On the ground floor, an open plan lets the kitchen and living area flow into one another, warmed by radiant floor heating and a Jøtul gas stove.
The Space
The first floor holds a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a laundry closet, and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is intentionally compact: a three-burner Bosch induction range, a dishwasher, a pour-over coffee setup and a mini fridge, with no oven or freezer. Board games are tucked inside the side table, and there is no TV, by design.
Upstairs, the loft has a second queen bed, a sofa and the mountain view. Outside there is a picnic table, a propane grill, a wood fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, and a short trail that winds through the property. An outdoor sauna is on its way.
Practical: two bedrooms sleep four, one bath, parking for two cars, and pets are welcome.
